A project is a temporary activity that is designed specifically to produce products that are unique, services or results. Projects do have definite beginnings and ending time. They operate within a particular scope and resources. Projects are unique activities since they are not done on a routine operation, but they are on precise sets of operations that are precisely meant to accomplish particular individual goals (Tesch et al. 2007, pp.61–69).
